Two Sides of the Coin: Music Publishing – Side 2, "The Independents"

Sign up or log in to save this to your schedule and see who's attending!

This two-part panel series offers valuable information to writers interested in connecting with music publishers, who continue to shape the future of the music business in the digital era. This discussion among the creative heads of some of the industry's leading independent publishing companies will reveal who they are signing, how songwriters can best prepare to gain their attention, where the revenues are and how their approach to publishing differs today vs. years ago. The first panel, Side 1, "The Majors,” will be presented on Thursday, April 28th at 1:00pm in Hollywood Ballroom #2. By attending both panels you will learn how they differ, how they each make creative decisions and how emerging songwriters can get a seat at the table.
